ECOnordik Seaqual
ECOnordik Seaqual begins on the seabed. Its acoustic core is made from 80% recycled polyester fibres recovered from ocean waste as part of the Seaqual Initiative, turning what was once marine plastic into calm, comfortable interiors. The result carries GOLD certification in LEED and BREEAM, alongside FSC, Global Recycled Standard, PEFC, CARB2 and OEKO-TEX Standard 100.
That sustainable foundation is wrapped in the warmth of natural wood. Evenly spaced MDF slats [available in Oak, Natural Oak, Ash and a deep Black finish] cast light and shadow across walls and ceilings, bringing rhythm and texture to any room.
Beneath the surface, a serious acoustic performance: an absorption rating of αw 0.70 [NRC 0.70] tames reverberation and sharpens speech clarity where focus matters most.
2340 x 585 mm [cutting tolerance ± 2 mm]
Acoustic base panel made with 80% recycled polyester fibres recovered from the seabed [Seaqual Initiative], combined with laminated MDF slats. Slat section 27 x 10 mm, with 12 mm spacing between slats.
αw 0.70 [ISO] / NRC 0.70 [ASTM], measured with a 400 mm cavity.
For surface cleaning, spray a 75% alcohol solution. For dust or lint, use a duster or vacuum cleaner. For heavy soiling, treat with hydrogen peroxide. Do not rub.
