Meetingcube offers a self-contained space for focused meetings or private video calls, seating up to four people in comfortable two-seat benches with a compact integrated table. Its soft, upholstered exterior doubles as an acoustic buffer, absorbing sound before it reaches the surrounding room, while the interior is tuned for clear, comfortable conversation.

Inside, sensor-activated ventilation and warm 3000K LED lighting keep the cube pleasant for extended use without any manual switching. A power and connectivity unit with USB-A+C, HDMI, and LAN ports makes it equally suited to internal huddles and client video calls, and the hardened glass door with a step lock keeps the space secure and soundproofed.

Built from robust, largely recyclable materials [glass, recycled MDF, recycled particleboard, steel, acoustic foam, and recycled PVC], Meetingcube is designed to be repaired and refreshed rather than replaced. Panels are easy to reupholster, parts are simple to swap, and all packaging is taken back and reused, making it a durable, sustainable addition to any modern, hybrid-ready office.
