The Piet Ceiling Panel System by Impact Acoustic redefines overhead design with a bold, architectural approach to acoustic performance. Inspired by geometric abstraction, Piet uses a grid of three tile formats -Small, Medium, and Large-arranged in 1200 × 1200 mm clusters with precise 50 mm spacing. The result is a dynamic, pattern-rich ceiling that absorbs sound while adding rhythm and structure.
Crafted from ARCHISONIC® Felt with 60% post-consumer recycled PET, the 24 mm thick panels achieve excellent acoustic results with NRC 0.85 (ASTM) and αw 0.75 (EN ISO 11654) when suspended with a 200 mm airgap. The modular system installs easily using steel strut profiles and patented FeltFix mounts, allowing on-site adjustments and full design flexibility; including customizable gaps, three tile corner styles (Straight, Fillet, Chamfer), and up to three color variations per layout.
