Plank Wood Wool Tiles
BAUX Plank Wood Wool Tiles are long and narrow, which makes them the most versatile format in the range for laying out a wall. Lay them in straight courses for a calm, boarded surface, stagger the joints for a brick bond, or set them at 45 degrees for a herringbone. Two sizes, 580 x 145 mm and 1160 x 290 mm, both 25 mm thick, can be mixed for a more irregular rhythm, and the 40 standard colours let you work in tone-on-tone bands or stronger contrasts.
The tiles are made from Swedish fir wood wool bound with cement and water. The material is FSC and PEFC certified, Red List Free, and documented with an EPD and Health Product Declaration. It carries fire reaction class B-s1, d0 and contributes to BREEAM and LEED credits.
Custom colours are available on request. The Plank tile suits offices, reception areas, hospitality and public spaces that want sound absorption in a format that feels familiar and built rather than applied. Mount with glue, screws or magnets.

The Wood Wool used in BAUX product is PEFC certified. An independent, not-for-profit organisation promoting sustainable forest management through the certification of forests and the products that come from them.
