The Plateau Ceiling System by Impact Acoustic is a highly flexible, custom-designed acoustic ceiling solution that merges expressive form with high-performance sound absorption. Built from 24 mm thick ARCHISONIC® Felt -made from 60% post-consumer recycled PET- each panel is suspended to create a sculptural, layered ceiling effect with a uniquely dynamic visual rhythm.

Designed around tri-joint and bi-joint geometries, the Plateau system allows for virtually unlimited layout configurations. Panels can vary in size from 800 mm (31.5”) to 1800 mm (70.87”), and be suspended at heights ranging from 150 mm to 1400 mm (5.9”–55.12”) from the ceiling. Spotlights can be seamlessly integrated via pre-cut circular openings, enhancing functionality without disrupting the design.

Thanks to its point-wire suspension system and aluminum support structure, Plateau is adaptable to complex spaces, ideal for offices, lobbies, museums, or atriums. Acoustic performance reaches an impressive NRC 0.85 (with 200 mm airgap), combining architectural expression with environmental and auditory comfort.
