Wannabetree acoustic partition

Wannabetree is an acoustic floor screen shaped like a tree. Designed by Bertil Harström, its soft, organic silhouette stands on a single powder-coated foot and brings a piece of stylised nature into an office. Behind the playful outline it works: the upholstered panel absorbs sound and softens reverberation, calming the space around it.

Each screen is built from 20 mm polyether foam on a 16 mm lightweight board, upholstered in fabric with double-stitched edges, on a grey Ø560 mm base. It comes in three heights, from 1415 to 2085 mm, so it can screen a desk, mark a threshold or stand as a sculptural divider. A wide choice of upholstery fabrics lets it sit quietly or add a shot of colour.

Made from recyclable materials and declared to Möbelfakta, Wannabetree is tested to ISO 354 and evaluated per object to SS 25269. Freestanding and easy to move, it suits open offices, lobbies and breakout areas where acoustics and a little joy matter equally.
